  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed for shipping.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.

2. Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of artificial jewelry, we do not offer refunds on purchases unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing owlsters.ind@gmail.com with your order details and clear images of the product.
  • Once we verify the issue, we will offer a replacement or store credit.
  • Refunds will be processed only in exceptional cases at our sole discretion.

3. Exchange Policy

  • We offer exchanges only for defective or incorrect products.
  • Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Exchanges will be subject to product availability.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds on artificial jewelry unless there is a manufacturing defect.
  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for exchange or refund.

5. Processing Time for Returns & Exchanges

  • If approved for an exchange or refund, processing may take up to 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
  • Owlsters is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments, so we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
